All my game settings are stuck at 0 making the game look like pixels only I'm unable to reset and apply for some reason

There is this thing saying node graph outdated rebuilding anyone know how to deal with it also my whole game the title screen is made out of large pixel blocks and all my settings are at 0 and I'm unable to change it

First you have to download 7zIP first then restart you computer then download the game after that right click the game and press extract to
